Luvu does not require account creation to start using the app.
Your stories are designed to work with local app usage on your device.
You decide when to create, edit, export, delete, or restore stories.
In-app purchases are handled through Apple purchase services.
2 What Luvu stores for app features
Photo story files saved through the app workflow.
Story metadata such as filter choice, caption, date label, and mood tags.
Preferences like recently used filters and gallery export option.
Coin balance used for premium actions in the app.
Temporary deletion state during the undo window.
3 What Luvu does not ask from you
No account username or password is required.
No profile setup is required to create stories.
No forced social posting is required.
4 How your data is used
To create and display your story wall.
To apply filters and save edited results.
To support delete-and-undo behavior.
To maintain coin balance and purchase results.
To load privacy and terms pages through in-app web view links.
5 Photo access and camera access
Camera permission is used when you choose to capture a new image.
Photo library permission is used when you choose images from gallery or export results.
If a permission is not granted, related features may be limited until permission is enabled.
6 Coins and purchase data flow
Coin products, prices, and package IDs are configured in the app purchase setup.
Purchase status events update the in-app coin balance.
The app finalizes completed purchase transactions to keep purchase flow clean.
If purchase is canceled or interrupted, the app attempts to clear loading state quickly.
7 Storage and retention behavior
Story content is kept so you can view and edit your memories later.
When you delete a story, an undo period is provided before final cleanup.
Expired recently-deleted items can be permanently cleaned from local storage.
You can also remove app data by uninstalling the app and managing local files as supported by your device.
8 Security-minded app behavior
Luvu uses standard platform components for image access and purchases.
App settings and story metadata are stored using platform-supported local storage.
Only required feature data is used for expected app behavior.
